Pro Set II Presets for Lightroom – Rebecca Lily

Pro Set II was created to give professional photographers a beautiful, unique finish for their wedding, fashion, portrait, street and landscape images – without the need to spend hours in Photoshop. With amazing light enhancement and unique color renditions, from film-inspired pastels to 1960’s retro, these presets will let you express your style confidently and with minimal effort.

The presets from Pro Set II have been categorized by type: Black & White, Color Effect, Earthy, Neutral, and Pastel, making it easy to locate just the right look for a session. Each preset contains 3 unique versions which have subtle differences in the tone curve, providing interesting color palette variations. Honeycomb has 8 versions. This enables photographers to choose the most complementary preset based on their subject’s skin tone, lighting conditions, or original colors.

Many digital photographers have been especially interested in emulating the popular pastel look of pro lab scanned, overexposed film – in particular Fuji Pro 400H. What makes these “film pastels” unique is that they are bright, but maintain blacks and contrast, and they have a sweetened color palette that still looks natural – making this look perfect for wedding, portrait and fashion photography. Drawing on my experience with shooting medium format and 35mm film, I recreated this look and feel for digital with the pastels of Pro Set II.
