About Author
Kate Kim is a professional baking instructor and cake designer based in London, UK where she began exploring her passion for baking professionally. Originally from Jinhae, South Korea, famed for its cherry blossom tourism, Kate began baking during her free time while working as a TV producer. What started out as a hobby quickly evolved into a passionate career, with which she could share knowledge and meet new people by giving private baking classes.
In 2017, Kate was awarded the Cake International Bronze, one of the most prestigious cake decorating competitions in the world. Today, Kate is busy creating orders for local cake shops and finding new ways to connect with students online to share her love for baking with others.
